all entities formed under the laws of Nevada.
Valhalla Wealth Protection Services, LLC serves as Registered
Agent for such Nevada entities as corporations, limited liability
companies ("LLCs"), general partnerships, limited
partnerships, limited liability partnerships, registered
limited liability partnerships, and business trusts.
Valhalla Wealth Protection Services, LLC also "situses" entities
in Nevada by subleasing office space at our location in Las
Vegas, Nevada. Each client receives a unique address and
suite number in Las Vegas, Nevada in order to fully "situs"
the client in Nevada.
"Situs" is Latin for the location of something for legal
purposes. The "situs" of an entity determines which state's
laws govern the entity.
